Terms and Conditions

A. This applies to all services offered through CebuDoc's Online Booking platforms - Center for Women and HappyDoc Fast Lane service.

B. Booking Process

Appointments must be scheduled through the official platform of the CebuDoc Online Portal.
Please ensure that all personal and contact information entered is accurate to avoid communication issues.
Please provide a copy of the prescription issued by your physician. We only provide services based on the presented prescription.
It is understood that the chosen date for your procedure have been confirmed through our online portal, text, email, or call.

C. Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders are sent via email and/or SMS 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled
Please note that your appointment is reserved specifically for you at a designated date and location, and it cannot be altered or changed.

D. Rebooking Policy

If you find it necessary to reschedule your appointment, please be advised that any changes made within seven (7) days of the original booking, please remit a rebooking fee of 100 pesos. To ensure your chosen spot is secured, kindly notify us of any changes as early as possible.

E. Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
For patients who do not show up for their appointment: Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days. If a refund request is not submitted within this timeframe, the refund amount will be forfeited.
Refunds for less than 5,000 pesos will be processed in cash on the same day. For 5,000 pesos or above, refunds will be issued by cheque and processed within five (5) working days.

F. Arrival and Late Policy

With fasting procedures, please arrive at the facility at least two (2) hours before the expiration of your fasting.
You should arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or shortened service.

G. Payment Method

Payment fees are calculated through QR ph, online bank deposit, or transfer. Proof of receipt which will be confirmed at our end via the online portal, or through text, email, or call.

Important Information:

For patients who are to undergo mammography procedures:
• Do not apply deodorant, talcum powder, lotion, or perfume near the breasts or under the arms.
• Wear comfortable and loose clothing.
• If previous mammograms were done, bring copies and results for comparison.

For obstetric ultrasound: the procedure requires no special preparation since only your lower abdominal area needs to be exposed for the test. It is advisable to wear a loose-fitting two-piece outfit. Please leave any jewelry at home.
